(A) Educational Qualification
A candidate pursuing the course(Degree or Diploma) should have a minimum qualification of intermediate or 10+2 or any other equivalent examination of 12th standard with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Maths).

*Diploma in Optometry passed students will get Direct admission in Bachelar of optometry :- 2nd year (Lateral Entry)
(B) AGE: The candidate should have complete the age of 17 years at the time of admission and those below 17 years are requested not to apply for admission The Institute will not consider there application.
(C) Sex- Both sex are eligible for admission.
